Everything Profound Loves a Mask explores camouflage as a strategy of appearance and survival. The exhibition brings together ceramics and paintings in which being and nature belong to the same fabric: bodies that hide in order to reveal themselves, surfaces that resemble skin, minerals or vegetation, and characters that seem to emerge from an inner imaginary.
The project understands creation as a territory for play, research and refuge. In works such as Camouflage, Camulabro, Maremagmun and Il cuore, matter becomes a mask without being fixed to a single identity. The profound is not offered directly; it appears displaced into textures, gestures and hybrid forms that keep the tension between the visible and the concealed open.
